The knife’s blade has an 18-degree cutting edge, and a razor-sharp blade which is hand-polished. Hand-made from German stock, the blade has been hardened to HRC56-58 according to Rockwell. It is also corrosion-resistant so it can be cleaned and stored without any worries.
